Covid-19 Update April 2021
We are now open again! We are once again able to offer appointments here in our home studio or in your home. All Covid-19 precautions are being taken as described below.
Covid-19 Update November 2020
Unfortunately, due to the second lockdown in England, we are unable to offer casting appointments at the moment. We hope to return to casting as soon as we are able. Behind the scenes we are continuing to work on all casts taken during appointments prior to lockdown. All our suppliers are continuing to work throughout this lockdown so existing orders will not be delayed.
Covid-19 Update August 2020
We take the risk of spreading and contracting Covid-19 seriously. We have always maintained a clean working environment, with all equipment cleaned between appointments and have continued to maintain this high standard. Additionally, we have implemented the use of a face covering and clean apron for all appointments.
We continue to offer appointments either here in our home or in your own home for a small additional fee. We have implemented the following for all appointments.
Appointments held in your home
We will wear a face covering from the moment we set foot in your home until we leave. We will wash our hands before commencing the casting process and have hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes available for use as necessary.
Appointments held in our home
We are fortunate to have a conservatory on the back of our house which we will be using for all appointments – we will send directions to the car park at the rear of our property and will let you in through the rear access to our property. This allows us to clean the room and all contact surfaces thoroughly between appointments and keep our home environment separate. We will wear a face covering from the moment you arrive until you leave. We now ask all adults attending appointments to wear face coverings too. We will have hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes available for use as necessary.
